How do I do the 3rd stage burn? I'm stuck in lower earth orbit and don't know the command to make the trans-lunar leap happen (or have I got something wrong earlier?)

Hi! Sorry to hear that. Scriba is a brand-new app and still needs some improvements, but it's fully functional.
Hi. I tried the English version for Windows, and not all the text has been translated; for example, "salidas" appears instead of "exits"...
